How to disable Assignment Assistant after 25D

Hi,

after the release of OFS 25D the user noticed that when they move one non scheduled activity to one worker by drag and drop it appears the tab below.

Reading the documentation i can see it is a new feature of 25D:

Is it possible to disable it?
