Ad hoc filters in the Dispatch Console behave differently starting from release 25D

Summary:

Starting from the OFS 25D release, ad hoc filters behave differently.
For example, in an ad hoc filter containing two different fields, if one of the fields was left empty, the search did not take the empty field into account.
After the release, however, when a field is left empty, the search filters records that have that field empty.

Are you aware of any changes in the Dispatch Console filter logic introduced after release 25D?
