Evaluation Page - Getting special characters in comments

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue when an employee add their comments against a goal as "Followers: 75,096 (+22.3%)" , upon save and submitting the evaluation its updated with some special characters to it "Followers: 75,096 (+22.3%)". We get this only when "+" symbol is used. Please advise on how to fix this?
