Need your Support/inputs for Updating CLOB Fields in TalentProfile via HCM Extracts for Candidate Data Masking in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Current Setup and Process: A custom HCM Extract uses a BI Publisher eText template to generate an HDL-compatible TalentProfile.dat file for candidate data masking. The extract uses the Data Loader Interface delivery option, which automatically zips the output and submits it to UCM for processing by HCM Data Loader (HDL). This end-to-end process successfully loads and updates non-CLOB TalentProfile data.

Business Requirement: Enhance the extract to update CLOB fields in the TalentProfile business object (e.g., skills descriptions, qualifications, and other long text profile content) as part of automated candidate data masking for privacy compliance. HDL requires CLOB updates to be delivered in a ZIP containing a ClobFiles subfolder with individual text files and references in the .dat file. The solution must remain fully automated within the HCM Extracts framework, without manual steps or external tools.
