Issue with Deeplink URLs for Workflow Notifications in BIP

Summary:

We have developed a BI report that includes a URL link (deeplink) for each pending approval or workflow notification assigned to a user. This functionality was working as expected; each deeplink correctly directs users to the respective transactions. We migrated this report to our TEST POD and the links stopped working.

We noticed that the link changes for each transaction and does not consistently direct the user to the correct approval or workflow notification.

We also observed the 2 PODs where the report and links are working fine is accessed outside of VPN and the TEST POD where the links are not working is inside of VPN. Not sure if this could be the cause. If so, do we have to add any extra logic to handle this?
