How to get costing details of an element in fast formula and check if it exist

Hi, I have a requirement where I need to check costing details of an element entry in fast formula and if it exists then how to check it in Fast Formula.

I have created one input called Employee_ID which I am fetching automatically but an employee can manually add it also while creating the element entry so when this happens formula should check the costing details and if it exists it should take the Employee_ID from there.

Please provide the way to accomplish this.
