Can emails be send directly from snapAddy using Eloqua servers?

Dear product team,

today I received request that our marketing team would like to use snapAddy to send emails (directly from snapAddy) using Eloqua server. Is that possible please?

We learnt

"They can use just SMTP connection with username and password. Now, since we are migrated to Office 365, they don’t offer any more a SMTP connection with username and password for security reason. ". They told us that we can use Mailchimp, Rapidmail or Eloqua.
