Feedback on Suggested Candidates feature

We have currently been thoroughly testing this functionality and there has been some inconsistencies and poor UI that was noted by the testers.

I would like to share the feedback to the Oracle HCM Product Management team for awareness:

Key Observations

Candidate Visibility

o  External profiles created to match requirements did not appear in the suggested list for the selected RR.

• Candidates only surfaced after applying or adjusting filters, indicating incomplete initial results.

Filtering Issues

o  Cannot filter out internal candidates only; external candidates still show for internal RRs.

• After using the “Exclude employees” filter, the ranking disappears; the only option to bring it back is a page reload.
