Improving Usability of Compensation Worksheets with Large Employee Counts

In Oracle HCM Compensation, managers with very large teams ( thousands of employees) can only view 10–40 employees per page in the compensation worksheet. The constant page‑loading makes it difficult to review and update large groups. is there any ways to improve the user experience or providing better ways to review and update large worksheets?
