Account Suspension Notice After Trial Expiration

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some guidance regarding an account suspension notice I received.

My 30-day trial recently expired. During the trial period and up until now, I have used only Always Free resources. However, yesterday i received an email stating that my account will be suspended within 30 days.

Regarding the issue, I have strictly adhered to using "Always Free" eligible resources, yet I find myself unable to open a technical support ticket or use the live chat feature due to my Free Tier status. I would like to know if there is a way to trigger a manual review keep the account active.
