Scheduled Knowledge Articles not Updating

Hi,

We're running into an issue where a Knowledge Article scheduled for publishing or expiry does not update to the appropriate state once the set date and time are reached. The article status is stuck in Scheduled, whereas in other environments we see the status update to Live or Expired automatically. This issue is only happening in one environment. I tried running the Knowledge Content Batch Process and Knowledge Search Batch Process.

Appreciate any guidance to resolve this issue!
