Using Generative AI in Oracle to Reduce HR Data Entry Errors

I am currently working on a practical use case within the context of Digital Transformation and Generative AI and would appreciate your insights and experience.

Problem Description

In our organization, we are facing recurring data quality issues during employee data entry by HR, especially at onboarding.
A typical example is the incorrect entry of first name and last name (swapped fields) or similar input errors.

Although these errors seem minor, they cause significant downstream problems in connected systems, particularly in Direx, where incorrect master data leads to:

• failed synchronizations
• incorrect user accounts
• manual correction efforts
• delays in access provisioning
