Apply Connect shows IRC-1591027 even though LinkedIn credentials are already entered and enabled.

We have completed all the LinkedIn setup, and all related LinkedIn sections in Oracle Fusion are enabled. However, when we try to enable the Apply Connect Active checkbox, it shows the error message:

“You need to enter your credentials to activate Apply Connect. (IRC-1591027)”

even though the credentials have already been provided.
