We have a native admin user who access Oracle EPM both through the web UI and through EPM Automate.
From an audit and controls perspective, we are trying to understand which log source Oracle considers authoritative for distinguishing:
- Interactive UI access, versus
- Non-interactive EPM Automate / REST access
Specifically:
- Can this distinction be reliably made using Oracle IDCS audit logs (for example using client type, user agent, or authentication method)?
- Do Oracle EPM application logs (Activity Logs, Security Logs, Job Console, etc.) explicitly identify whether access originated from the UI or from EPM Automate?
