What are the affected Receivables setup when renaming Business Unit name in Oracle Fusion?

We have implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications for one of our clients. The scope includes multiple legal entities with 1 Business Unit per Legal Entity. The client is planning to rename their business unit. However, they have already used the business unit in their transactions/operations.

Old BU Name New BU Name
GMMA_METRO_EAST_1_BU GMMA_3_METRO_EAST_1_BU
GMMA_METRO_EAST_2_BU GMMA_3_METRO_EAST_2_BU

We would like to ask for confirmation if the following Accounts Receivables setups will be impacted in the BU name change:
1. Approval Workflows
