Changes made to a record are not reflected in custom report immediately

Hello Team,

We created a custom RTF report that shows employee contract information for a client.
When we update a DFF value in an employee’s contract, the change doesn’t show up in the report right away.
We tried clearing the cache and using incognito mode, but the updated value still doesn’t appear.

This issue is not limited to DFF values — even when we modify the value of a standard field, the change is not reflected immediately in the report

Normally, the changes should be reflected instantly, but this is not happening. We are not sure what the delay is before the changes appear in the report.
