When creating the offer we want the probation end date to be defaulted based on the probation period

Summary: We want the probation end date to be automatically calculated based on the probation period but it is not happening. Has anyone created any business rule in VBS to get this requirement since the functionality I believe is not. Please advice and share your expertise here we need this for our client. We have raised SR as well to get solution for this.
