How to add alert template to send the Requestion Title to one of Onboarding Tasks

Hello Team,


As titled, need to configure alert template to just send the requisition title to one of onboarding tasks


What I did i go to the alert composer & searched for (Task Assigned for Performer), added a new template and on message box i typed the token of the Requestion title, and then assigned this template to needed task

Below screenshot for more details


But when test its show null value and didn't retrieve the requisition title
Any input how to fix this or what i missed
