New Person pages in redwood do not appear

Summary:

Hello all,

We are trying to enable redwood pages in test environment. Specifically, for New Person Pages we followed the Steps to enable from the Redwood Experience for New Person Pages document. So, we have set as Yes the Profile Values fro the 4 Profile Options. Although, none of the quick actions are visible under My Team or My Client Groups. Also, if we navigate from My Client Groups > New Person > Click a quick action, it will redirects us to the old UI.

Does anyone know why?
