IDR Licensing Implications for Historical Invoice Attachments Migrated via REST API (Not via Email)

Hello,

We are migrating to Oracle Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) for invoice processing in Fusion Accounts Payable. As part of this migration, we need to ensure all historical invoice attachments currently linked via URLs in Fusion AP are preserved, as we will soon decommission the legacy platform where these attachments are stored.

For these existing invoices, our plan is to:

• Upload the historical invoice attachments directly into Oracle Fusion Content Management (IDR repository) using the REST API (not by sending emails to the IDR mailbox, which will be our future business-as-usual process).
• Link each migrated attachment to its corresponding existing invoice in Fusion AP.
