Master job requisition with sub Job requisition

We are currently implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and have received a client requirement regarding job requisition usage.
The client would like to track the number of openings initially defined for a job requisition when it is first created at the beginning of the year.
Specifically, they would like to create a master job requisition with an initial number of openings (for example, 50). During the year, the recruiter may determine that the actual hiring need is lower (for example, a total headcount of 10). To support this, the client would like to create multiple sub job requisitions with different headcounts based on the master job requisition. Each time a sub job requisition is created, the number of openings should be deducted from the master job requisition so that the remaining available headcount can be tracked.
