Can a candidate's disposition reason be updated if incorrect?

A number of candidates were dispositioned in bulk. The core reason selected by the recruiter was incorrect and it should be updated.

A group of candidates were accidently dispositioned using the wrong disposition code (req was cancelled instead of req was filled). There is a need to ensure this is updated appropriately. Attempted to follow the below steps but received the below errors.

"We couldn't perform batch action 13228749 for the 156 candidates displayed in the list Please try again and if the issue persists, contact your help desk."

and

"We couldn't move 4 job applications to New Submission - Rejected by Employer status
