Unaware change of Data Load Mapping and How to trace the change

Summary:

We have issue failed to export data to file, after check Validation Errors then there is change in one of dimension in Data Load Mapping in Data Management
But we unaware change of Data Load Mapping and we don't know why it changed.
Is there any way to check the trace/audit log of activities from user/system in Data Management?
