Redwood Receipt-need to build one custom logic on the Receipts Screen to pop-up the warning message

Summary:

We need to build one custom logic on the Receipts Screen to pop-up the warning message for the users who is trying to perform the receipt in the below UIs based on below conditions.

1. Current period and previous accounting periods are open for the Cost Organization / Procurement BU associated with the inventory org in which the receipt is being done.
2. Receipt Date is in the current accounting period

While submitting the receipt ,below screen should have pop up warning message
