Patch 25D – HR users unable to access “Performance Documents” task in DEV/TEST

Dear all,

Following the application of Patch 25D in our DEV/TEST environment, we have identified an issue affecting HR users.

After the patch, HR users are no longer able to access the “Performance Documents” task and, as a result, cannot create, modify, or delete performance documents.
In the Production environment, where Patch 25C is still applied, the same users can see the task and use it without any issues.

We performed a comparison between our custom role “PTR – Responsible” and the standard role “Human Resource Specialist”. Based on the attached analysis, it appears that the issue may be related to missing duties or privileges in the custom role following the Patch 25D update.
