A sales order is not getting generated in system.

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where, after creating a Work Order, the system should post the charges and subsequently create a Sales Order.
However, we are currently not receiving any Sales Order.

We followed the steps below:
Work Order Creation → Manage Debrief Charges → Add Parts → Error encountered

The system is unable to post the charges.

Error: “The request couldn't be completed because it doesn't include a value for the ContractStartDate attribute.”

Kindly assist in resolving this issue.
