Roles for OTBI report access in compensation

Hi,

We have total 4 OTBI reports, 3 are Workforce compensation reports and 1 is Individual compensation report. Few users are not able to access all the 4 reports. They are able to access only 2 Workforce compensation reports, not sure why they are unable to access other 2 reports. Request your inputs please.
