Limitation on number of parents in ERP GL Account Hierarchy

I tried adding another parent column in the RapidImplementation sheet for uploading account hierarchy but it encountered an error.

My question is — is there a limitation on the number of parents in ERP General Ledger? Is it only up to 9th level of parent and not anything more than that?

My client currently has 13 levels of parent. Please advise.
