We understand that the USOPTE- Address Validation Process Person- Unverified address is to update their addresses to USPS postal format. However what exactly happen when this same process is ran for User-verified address records?

I understand that l if I manually entered the address as:

1234 University Rd

and the system suggested it as:

1234 University Dr

but I don't want to select the system suggestion, I would choose the manual address I entered and that will be considered as an "user-verified" address. But does this mean
