how to stop CO employer head tax deduction in Oracle after USOPTE being enabled

Hi Team,

After we enabled USOPTE, we could see CO Employer head tax of 4$ getting deducted from employee salary .However the client want not to deduct this tax from employee's salary.

Kindly help how we can stop this tax deduction for all employees.
