We can see OPTE already enabled in new oracle instance in 26 A for US need suggestions , do we need to re-run " Manage Tax engine" again on this pods , also we can not see US address validation enabled in instance , do we need to follow and do all manual task as per 'Enhanced Address Validation for the US'

Also we need to do below setup manually every time in new instance or this will get automatically update .

Run feature upgrade to enable feature by country
Enable feature by countryLoad geographies for US from flow .
Address validation .
