Hide Create Requisition option from Positions page

Hello,

Our customer does not want to see the Create Requisition option in the Positions UI (My Client Groups > Positions > Search for a position and then click on the name to see the position details).

There were other options as well like Correct/Delete etc. and we were able to hide those by removing the security roles. However, we could not hide Create Requisition option. Was anyone able to achieve this? We have explored VBS as well and there is no such option there.
