In Compensation plan for performance calibration. Overall Summary calibrated rating must automatically adjust based on the previously shared matrix whenever either the Goal or Competency section is modified.

This is an urgent request, as our calibration process is about to start.

Requirements:

1. Current Design:
   The calibration worksheet is customized to calibrate What (Goals) and How (Behavior) along with the Overall Summary. We are currently using a fully customized weighted rating model instead of the standard rating model.
2. Required Change:
   The Overall Summary calibrated rating must automatically adjust based on the previously shared matrix whenever either the What or How section is modified.
