Journeys E-Sign Date format

Hi Experts,

I have an issue, where I am trying to change the date format for the P_SIGN_DATE parameter in Journeys query. I have tried a few things like changing the parameter date type, TO_CHAR/TO_DATE format changes in Journeys query. But I am unable to change the date format to Mon-DD-YYYY from the existing date format (Ex: YYYY-MM-DD, timestamp). Please let me know any workarounds, as I am trying to export the xml and use the tokens in rtf.
