Benefits Administrator Job Role not working in Redwood

Summary:

My Client super users had seeded Benefits Administrator Job role to their user profiles in RUI phase. They were able to query and search for users with the seeded job role in addition to other data roles. 

we moved to Redwood in Dec 2025, where we noticed that the seeded Benefits Administrator Job role is not working as expected.  As per oracle documentation, we have added new RedWood Privileges and Roles that were missing and ran the Initial Ingestion processes and other ACL process. but it is still not working as expected. 

we were able to see the employees in the BAC search results, however, when we select it results with an error " There's nothin here so far".. I  did add Benefit Relationip Data Security Profiles as per the Cloud Community posts with few attempts on View ALL AORs but no success at this point.
