Configuration Guidance to Enable FYI Notifications to Auditors on Expense Report Approval

Summary:

We are currently using Oracle Fusion Expenses module and have a business requirement related to expense report approval notifications:

Once an Expense Report is fully approved by the Line Manager and other approvers, our auditors need to receive FYI notification emails automatically for all approved expense reports.

Currently, auditors can only view Expense Reports by accessing the Manage Expense Reports task manually.

We want to configure the system so that auditors get FYI notifications (informational emails) for each approved expense report without needing to search manually.

Auditors are to be added as FYI recipients in the approval workflow so they are informed in real-time upon approval.
