Error: This plan or option doesn't allow selection of primary care physicians.

Summary:

Hi,

We have removed Primary Care Physician configuration from a plan which was previously enabled. Now we get this error when we try to evaluate a new life event. I have confirmed that the employee has no pending action item from previous life event related to primary care physician designation.
Any idea how can we fix this issue?
