How to Edit Mileage Rates

Summary:

When we go to Manage Policies By Expense Category, then we select the policy we want to change. We update the new rate (See Below).

At this point it is stuck in a Valid Status. How do we get this new rate policy to be fully active? We do not use any spreadsheet for our mileage rate and there is no button to download any spreadsheet. We only use one rate defined in this box.
