Add Owner LOV under Team Members in HCM Communication Team is blank

Hi

Hope everyone is doing fine!

We are performing a POC on HCM Communicate and waned to add Campaign Manager as Owner of the HCM Communicate Team. However, as a Campaign Admin, I cannot add any one as Add Owner LOV under Team Members in HCM Communications Team is blank. We have ensured that all the roles and privileges are in place as per HCM Communicate Documentation and have run the LDAP process but still facing the issue.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
