Cancel Assignment in Benefits

Trying to delete or End Date the 'Inactive' assignment in the screenshot, but it doesn't work because it says it's the Primary Assignment. However, as seen in the screenshot, the Primary Assignment field says No.

So how do we delete the assignment from this screen?
