Free Tier Account Upgrade: You do not have access to perform this operation
Summary:
Logged in with admin email login, but still most screens are not working. Even the upgrade page says:
You do not have access to perform this operation. Please contact your cloud account administrator for additional access.

Tried the support chat and I was suggested to contact my admin and gave me my own email id that I'm logged in as.
Please help.
