Functionality Question on the Payables Dashboard

Summary:

Hi Team,

When we go to the Prepaid section in the Payables Dashboard and click on the available number then it redirects us to the prepayment invoice information.

Now after that we can see the invoice amount for the prepayment invoice but this amount only includes the base unapplied amount and doesnot include the taxes. Let me explain with an example below:

For a prepayment invoice ABC let us assume below details:

Total Invoice Amount = 819420.47, Total Taxes= 66795.47

Total Invoice Line Amount =( Total Invoice Amount – Total Taxes)= (819420.47-66795.47)= 752625

Now in the invoice lets assume the applied amounts are, (315000+ 27000+ 27000)=369000

So, Total Unapplied Amount =( Total Invoice Line Amount- Total Applied Amount)= ( 752625-369000)=
