How to change the Contacts prompt to Contacts & Shareholders on Supplier Registration through VB

Hi,

We are using the Next Generation Supplier Registration Redwood UI for external supplier registration. We want to change the prompt of the Contacts section to Contacts and Shareholders. How can we achieve this through Visual Builder, and does Visual Builder support editing the highlighted prompts?
