While Accessing Intercompany Mapping Sets Using REST API getting 403 forbidden error

I am trying to access mapping sets using ( /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/attributeDerivationMappingSets) REST API but getting 403 forbidden response. Any idea which role or access is missing?
