Retro warning message: PAY_RETRO_IV_STATIC_FLAG

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Has anyone had this warning message from the retro process?

Message code: PAY_RETRO_IV_STATIC_FLAG

Message: The input value Rate is incorrect for the retroactive entries on the element Shared Parental Leave Birth Entitlement Retro. Contact support to review the status of the retroactive static setting.

I have checked similar elements (e.g. the Statutory Maternity Pay Entitlement Retro element) and it is set up the same way, with all the same settings. I cannot figure out why it's only showing this warning message on the Shared Parental Leave Birth Entitlement Retro element.
