Feedback page doesn't show feedback provider name

This is referencing the feedback page that employees/managers go to from the link in the notification that feedback has been received.

It's been raised that this page doesn't not show the name of the feedback provider. I know the name is included in the email, but it is strange it's not also shown here. I have looked at VB studio and it seems the name field is not available to add in. Is there any way to do this?
