How to use long item description in RFQ

I have a specific question for the Negotiation (RFQ) screen in Oracle Fusion Cloud

Question:


Is it possible to have the item description (RFQ) displayed in the system (Negotiation screen) pulled from the Item Long Description field instead of the Short Description?
