Getting US_NGTAX errors in Payroll Run

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

I am getting below errors while running payroll(USOPTE enabled)

I have validated the worksite,home,mailing addresses.Geocode for some employees is defaulting to -9999999 and even after address fix the geocode is not getting updated.Also,US_NGTAX_ROOT error is coming even when the geocode is populated correctly.Is anybody facing this?
