Error in payroll element in benefits when sending information to element entries

Good morning, everyone,

I'm configuring a deduction element to send a contribution amount to the employee's Element Entries functionality.
When approving the supporting documentation for the benefit request, the following message appears:
"Error
The payroll relationship or assignment isn't eligible for the item Zurich Health Insurance on the date 2026-01-02. (PAY-1635125) Details: Check if the employment record for the person meets the eligibility criteria defined for the item."

This issue is occurring with all "voluntary deductions" payroll items. There are no problems with earnings.

Could you please guide me on what the source of this error might be?
