Allow non-Admin roles to edit Account Profile fields (Granular Field Security)

Summary:
I am facing a challenge regarding Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and field editability on the Account/Customer Profile page in CX Sales, and I would like to know if anyone has faced a similar scenario or has a workaround.
The Scenario:
Currently, in our implementation, the Account Profile page behaves in a binary way regarding edit privileges:
- Sales Administrator Role: Has full Edit access to the profile fields.
- All other Roles: The Account Profile page renders as Read-Only.
The Problem:
To allow our Back Office team to update specific account information, we were forced to assign them the "Sales Administrator"
